Crab Florentine Dip

Ingredients
1/2 lb. Dungeness crab meat
1 cup grated romano
1 cup grated Jarlsberg
1/3 cup grated parmesan
1/4 cup REDHOOK ESB
2 tbsp. mayo
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/2 cup cooked spinach

Steps
1.) Mix all cheeses with mayo, REDHOOK ESB & cayenne pepper.
2.) Set up a bed of spinach on the bottom of a casserole dish.
3.) Place the crab meat on the spinach.
4.) Spread the cheese mixture evenly on top.
5.) Bake at 400 for 10 minutes.
6.) Serve with thin slices of crusty French bread.
